5. 資料儲存與安全
您提交的個人資料由我們通過 Google Workspace 企業郵箱接收並儲存，Google Workspace 採用業界標準的加密與安全措施。我們的資料存儲地點主要位於香港，並可能經由 Google 的全球基礎設施進行處理。
我們目前對電子郵件中的個人資料未設定自動刪除機制，資料將按業務需要保留。若您希望我們刪除您的資料，請通過下方聯繫方式提出要求，我們將在合理時間內予以處理。

Beyond the above, our Website does not integrate any other third-party data processing services.

Personal data you submit is received and stored via our Google Workspace corporate email accounts, which employ industry-standard encryption and security measures. Our primary data storage is located in Hong Kong, and data may be processed through Google's global infrastructure.
We do not currently apply an automatic deletion schedule to personal data held in email. Data is retained as long as it remains relevant to business operations.
